Our Administrators
Alexis Cauthen
Owner
Alexis is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas where she majored in English and Secondary Education with a minor in Creative Writing. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Education and went on to teach high school English for seven years before leaving the classroom to open CCAV. She has a passion for teaching, writing and singing. She and her husband, Shane, reside in Vilonia with their two boys.
Carmen Martin
Executive Director
Carmen has been with CCAV since March of 2015. She started as an aftercare teacher then was promoted to a classroom teacher before again being promoted to administrative assistant. She now holds the title of Executive Director after completing her Director’s Credentials and earning her Associate’s in Child Development. Carmen loves CCAV and working with the staff, children and families in our program. She and her husband, Stew, reside in Vilonia with their three children.
Bayleigh Harrison
Kitchen Manager/Assistant Director
Bayleigh has been with CCAV since July of 2018 and has worked as a classroom teacher and kitchen manager. She lovingly prepares all the food for the children in our program, and she also helps keep our facility running smoothly as our Assistant Director. Bayleigh resides in Vilonia with her husband, Phillip, and their son, Quinn.
